The magnesium-copper metal combination generates a voltage of 0.8--1.8 and an electric current of 2--1200 mA in water (saliva), in addition to H3O2 negative ions. This current is too small to be felt. The low voltage current can help plaque to be released from your teeth, even in the hard to reach places.
